TCS – Top Closure System: Insertion of Reclosable Systems into Flexible Film Bags

The B&B-MAF Top Closure System TCS adds Top Slider and/or Top Zipper (Press To Close) systems to up to 55 prefabricated bags / min. The independent stand-alone EX-Line version of the machine is equipped with an automatic bag destacking and feeding device. Alternatively, the TCS can be operated IN-Line with a B&B-MAF bag making machine.

Production Capabilities:
• Processing of pre-made three-side-sealed-seam-, stand-up and side gusseted pouches
• Side gusseted bags with Top Slider / Zipper (Press To Close)
• PACTIV Slide-Rite Track with inserted slider and end clips or moulded end stops
• ZIP PAK/AMI Slider
• Handling of other Sliders possible
• Bags with short side gusset (single lip)
• Punch options (e.g. tear notch)
• Laser perforation for easy opening
